Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cryco-Industries 200-22CVD parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ctc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dv-Electronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the SVX005A1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IPC15T2DX4H manufactured by Ctc and we are pleased to be able to service most Ctc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 64224021105 by Manufacturer Dv-Electronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cutler-Hammer Brand 10316H1146C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Danaher such as PR24104B65E12PSS equipment made by Danaher have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Danaher products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Danaher" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 62435822 made by Danly as well as the popular DBL4N07500R2000S40 original spares produced by Danaher

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TBN50 by Custom-Servo-Motors and PR24104B65E12PSS spares by Danaher are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D100CR40 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer.
